2. Services
ALAU CONSTRUCCIONS I REFORMES S.L. provides professional plastering, interior finishing, and related construction services. All service requests submitted through this website are treated as enquiries. A binding agreement is only formed upon written confirmation from ALAU CONSTRUCCIONS I REFORMES S.L.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on this website are indicative and expressed in euros (€) per square metre. Final pricing is subject to on-site assessment and written quotation. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the work, materials required, and site conditions.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of work. ALAU CONSTRUCCIONS I REFORMES S.L. will contact the customer after receiving a service request to confirm all details, arrange payment, and schedule the work.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in the written agreement.
6. Liability
ALAU CONSTRUCCIONS I REFORMES S.L. carries appropriate professional liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
